I ordered a trestle table glass top online and two legs for it (which you order separately). Then I'm told I have to wait three weeks for delivery by the partner delivery service. When the table finally arrives, I only receive one trestle leg!

I call up the customer services team, who although apologetic, advises me that the legs are out of stock and wont be back in for another 7 weeks! Unbelievable - so the options are; 1) wait over 10 weeks in total for my table, 2) cancel the order and send back the table or 3) go into central London and collect from the store.

Luckily, my husband works in central London and will collect - I'm just hoping the stock levels are correct and he doesn't waste his time too!

Never again!
