Although the item I bought was out of stock (they informed me immediately) they gave an accurate time of when it would be in stock and the delivery date. And when it did arrive the furniture was lovely - looks absoutely perfect in my lougne couldn't ask for more! (read more)

I bought a Troy 2 Chair Dining Set in black. I was a little sceptical because I hadn't heard of the company and were the cheapest, but their sales team were very helpful and they have a lovely site, so thought i'd give them a go. Got the set and there was a slight mark on the table so i phoned to report it. They sent a replacement top the following week. Not ideal but they were very helpful and solved the issue quickly. I have bought multiple items from the site over the last few months and found staff have been very helpful in providing appropriate help and information. I recently bought the Nebula Coffee Table and it's the first time the product was a little damaged - the glass top had a slight scratch on it, however when i contacted them about this they replaced it straight away.
