avoid avoid avoid!!!Never use this company!!! You will find that they seem to be cheaper than anywhere else!!! Beware!! They take your order and money, then email you a week later to say they have no stock at the moment, therefore you wait a few weeks. Then you receive your item and it is damaged, obvious return that has been sent out again. So you then play email tennis for a week to try and get the item collected. “Delivery dates pushed back and no refund after cancelling”

Ordered a bed and mattress beginning of April. Was provided with a delivery date but only the bed arrived no mattress? Contacted them by email as this is the only method (!) and was given several delivery dates and still nothing arrived. Finally someone told me I would have to wait until end of June. This was too long to wait so I asked to cancel the order. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!! 24th May till 11th July and I am still waiting for £159 ...... Legal action will now be sought.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Plus I am highly suspicious of the good reviews on here....

we ordered a 2 pack of solar lights for our garden which fitted onto the fence,slightly apprehensive as they were quite cheap £18 and free delivery,but we shouldn't have worried,they are fab in fact so thrilled are we with them we have just ordered a second pair. “Dont Wast Your Time - AVOID”

Hi, I'm really sorry you've had similar troubles. Should I find the time to do so this week, I may do likewise and submit a report to Watchdog too. This organisation is, in my opinion - nothing short of appalling in the way they treat customers who happen to make the mistake of ordering from them. We eventually received a refund by advising that we would be in contact with their local trading standards office if one was not issued immediately. Perhaps this is something which may work for you too. I have also contacted Trustpilot to recommend that they review who exactly it is that is reporting all comments made about them on this site to the moderator - in order for the text to be obscured until proof of purchase is provided. So conveniently, reducing the amount of negative coverage about them available to view on the web. I am aware that it is not unheard of for members of such organisations to set up accounts and deliberately leave false positive reviews or send negative ones for moderation with exactly this outcome in mind, in the hope that 90% of people are just too busy to reply and provide the proof needed. Although they have not commented specifically about any investigation, Trustpilot - to their credit have replied to say they intend to look into my suggestions. As stated before people, avoid, avoid avoid, these miscreants are happy to take payment for the poorly crafted or damaged stock they (eventually) provide to their customers and seemingly wish to then avoid living up to their legal responsibilities when this proves unacceptable at all costs. Should you be so unfortunate as to have purchased something from them and experienced a problem - do not take no for an answer and pursue what is legally yours to do so, until the bitter end.

I placed an order for an Emerson dining set priced at £620.00. I requested delivery for the 1st march and was told that was ok and that had been added to my delivery details. We too are having to take legal action I expect to see this company in a rogue trader type tv programme. How do they think they can get away with it and state in the website what fantastic customer service they offer! The fact they dont have a phone number should have raised alarm bells. I ordered a bookcase that was described as 44cm deep and 94cm high. They sent wrong one - 25 cm deep and 144 cm high. Contacted for refund - they were reluctant and offered to ship the correct size. Search & Like GALAXY STORES on Facebook for more info on my complaint! 3 January 2014, order placed via their website and the cost was £97. The goods were delivered on Friday 17 January 2014. Upon opening the carton, the goods were damaged and not fit for purpose. The damage was reported immediately by email on Sunday 19 January 2014.
