Galaxy has been a good surprise. Despite the fact that I had to return the lamp - it had been damaged in transit - their customer service has been great: quick to reply, always polite and they have even arranged for the item to be collected. Both for the delivery as for the collection the courier chosen kept me informed of the time frame when they would come. Big shops that choose to go for a cheaper courier just to same a few £ more should learn from Galaxy. Looking forward to receive my new lamp!
