Having purchased a ‘triple’ bunk from Galaxy Stores, the bed arrived as advertised but unfortunately there was an issue with one of the head boards, as one of the dowel holes was drilled in the wrong place! Hey…it happens! Having contacted Galaxy Stores, they acted quickly and efficiently to ensure I had replacement parts as soon as possible. The new parts came that week and the bed is complete. I was a little worried initially but Galaxy Stores staff were in continuously in contact with me and provided me with daily updates every step of the way! Excellent and just what you need when something goes wrong! I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!
