Bought beds in their other store Call center was difficutl to get on the phone (20 minutes waiting time) and after sales is just the same people as the sales team. They pretend all kinds of things on the phone but unfortunatley, you will never get a bed delivered.

You won't be able to cancel your order (even ahead of delivery!): "we don't do refunds or cancellations"

They take the money of your paypal account and run.
This is what their website is for.
Don't believe in the one day "flash" sale.
It goes on every day if you clear your cookies in your browser.

I would definitly not "buy" (=pay) again.
Lost 700 Pounds.

You need to go to paypal and trading standards
