Ordered a sofa, paid deposit. Was told 3 week wait and printed on receipt will arrive within 21 days.
We got a confirmation phone call to confirm delivery date. 2 days later another phonecall to reconfirm delivery was the following day. We then Disposed of our old sofa only to get another call to apologise as they never had a sofa in stock and offered a damaged one instead on meantime and only if we paid the outstanding balance in full.
We cancelled the order asked for a refund and they refused saying deposits are Mon refundable. Even though they broke the contract. Reported to trading standards and going through bank to get deposit back. Be warned and if you are stupid enough to pay them a deposit most definitely do not give them cash.

I am sorry to hear your sofa was delayed, I can understand how frustrating this must have been having got rid of your old sofa.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless we are unable to fulfil the order.
