My mum had a sofa delivered on Saturday. 2 days later we notice the stitching is clearly coming away at the seam. I contacting furniture4u for them to say it isn't covered in the warranty. Although their website clearly states they will either repair or replace any manufacturing faults. Well apprantly at furniture4u the stitching coming apart isn't a manufacturing fault although it clearly hasn't been stitched properly. Always check their reviews. I've seen some awful ones on them, unfortunately I looked after I'd bought! Do not buy from them! They always refuse returns and refunds. They say they accept returns in its original packaging but their delivery guys unpack it in the van and dispose of the packaging so you cant return. Disgraceful!!! Please please do not buy from them. Usually when furniture is to good to be true IT IS!!! Cheaply made and falll apart within DAYS!!!

I got a full refund from my bank. Then they offered me
a new sofa bed. As long as you pay by credit card and supply the bank with evidence you should get your money back. Debit card or cash they don't want to know. They are an awful company with 0 customer service skills.
