Having bought products from FV before I had no hesitation going back there.
Unfortunately the first settees I bought were damaged, so I ordered another suite, when it arrived it was worst than the one I sent back, I took photos and showed them to the salesmen at the store, they said it looked second hand, contacted the after care the same day it was delivered they sent a technician who said there was not enough padding in the cushions would send another technician, he came could not do the job, I had to ring again and make another appointment for another technician to come, he did his best but said it was a manufacturing fault, contacted the after care team again, sent photos, I was told after consultation with a senior member of staff, there was nothing more they would do and if I wanted to take it further contact the furniture ombudsman. I contacted the finance company, who in turn contacted the store manager who came to look at the sofa and said it was unacceptable and has arranged for yet another sofa to be sent. So obviously the 7 day product guarantee means nothing. I ordered the original sofas in January 2016.The finance co and the store manager were extremely helpful, the after care team ( that's an oxymoron) were rude and obnoxious.
