We ordered a new wardrobe and waited 2 months for it to be delivered. Arranged delivery time was between 8 am -12pm. It didn't turn up till 7pm so wasted whole day as it that wasn't too bad one of the glass panels was cracked, the wardrobe is leaning forward and bowing out on the side. We now have to wait another 2 months for the replacement and obviously take another day off and wait for someone to come and finish the job. Needless to say the wardrobe looks awful, we only have one sliding door and I'm afraid to put my clothes in it in case it colapses. Please do yourself a favour and don't buy stuff from furniture village. You'll save yourself lots of stress and will probably get better service from Ikea.
