Never Again

We bought 2 beds and the mattresses in good faith assuming that it will be fit for its purpose( HAVE GOOD NIGHT SLEEP WITHOUT INTERRUPTION DUE TO THE CREAKING NOISE). However after 3 months roughly one of the bed frames started producing creaking noises which disturb my sleep.
I phoned their aftercare service and a technician came out to inspect the bed, he said that there is a manufacturing fault and inserted 2 screws hoping that noise will disappear
The noise came back again so I phoned again and another technician came back to inspect the bed but this time he said that there is no manufacturing fault and the noise is due to the castors I am using. I removed the castors but that did not help at all
I complained to farnborough store manager by email explaining the problem but he insisted that there is no manufacturing fault!
He suggested that I pay 60 pounds for an independent technician to inspect the bed and if it proves to be faulty they will refund this fee
I wasn't happy about paying the independent technician fees
The manager said that they can't help anymore.
Clearly there is a problem with the bed for 3 reasons:
1- the creaking noise started recently and not at the beginning ( nothing has been changed in the bedroom to start the noise)
2- I bought a second bed from you at the same time, the second bed does not produce the creaking noise
3- during the first visit, the technician said that there is a fault and put 2 screws in the frame to fix it, the noise was reduced and then came back after a while, this was mentioned in the technical report.
I have health problems which affect my sleep and very sensitive to noises, therefore, I upgraded the super pocket set and paid around 700 pounds for a single bed set.

I will never buy anything from furniture village in the future.
