We bought the paloma three seater chaise recliner and a two seater in 2013, six months after receiving the furniture the leather had started to come off, contacted FV who sent out a technician and it was found to be a manufacturing fault and they replaced the sofa, it arrived and the same problem has occurred, although this time FV are saying it's due to wear and tear even though it's exactly the same fault as the first time, they have offered a partial refund due to the length of time I've had (less than 18 months), I have refused this offer and will be taking it further, they have since stopped selling the paloma suite in a leather option, I wonder why??? Not heard a good thing about furniture from here avoid at all costs! Wish I had read reviews before purchasing
