I can only comment on my own experience with the company Furniture Care who fitted replacement leather parts to my three seater settee on behalf of Furniture Village. The service was excellent from all departments, the people in the office at both organisations and the guys who visited my home to rectify the problem. The parts were supplied within the quoted delivery time and were fitted by arrangement with me at a time convenient to me. The technician contacted me the evening before the appointed date and gave me a two hour time slot which he kept to to fit the replacement parts. He was very competent and did an excellent job. Recommend the total experience you bet I will!
