Furniture is lovely, we purchased a lovely 2 and 3 seater but 3 years in the seating cushions have gone flat and shapeless, not comfortable at all!!! I took the warranty out only to be told it does not cover FOAM cushions, I asked for someone to take a look but they said "it's not in the policy" !! I would never buy again due to lack of interest. I phoned the local store too, but no one interested. I won't be returning
