I ordered a product which has not even been delivered yet and when i went to cancel it and asked for my money back, they stuck their noses up and they just said no.
REALLY BAD COMPANY... DONT NOT BUY FROM THEM. OVER EXPENSIVE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY IN THE LEEDS STORE!!

I fully agreed i have spent approx. £6000 with this company in the last 4 years, Both times i used them because my wife wanted matching furniture. both late delivery, problem with solid wardroom flexing still no bed order in Feb. will not visit shop again.

Sorry to read this Johnblake. I hope you put your complaints in writing and don't fall for the should be sorted at store level nonsense. Its another way to get you in store, so they can refuse to be helpful and walk out.
I will never visit another store unless I have someone with me.
