I have had a sofa for nearly a year, there was a fault with the cushion covers which has taken nearly 6 months to be replaced, I now have new cushion covers which do not fit, leaving crease lines not fit in corners, I have only had them 3 WEEKS, but furniture village refuses to even come and look at them, I was told if I want new ones I will have to pay, I paid over £3000 for the sofas, great service FV
