Purchased sofa and chair – paid in full. Three times told delivery date, three times were told there was a fault on the chair. They do not seem to care about the customer once they have your money. When contacted their aftercare is useless. Do not order from Furniture Village. Still awaiting the delivery of the chare after nearly 4 months!
