“Poor service and shoddy goods”

I bought an expensive coffee table from Furniture UK, it arrived about a month later (money was taken instantly obviously) and was in very poor condition so i tried to return it, eventually after 3 arranged pick ups they collected it, i am still awaiting the return of my money after having chased about 3 times so far.

Do not use this company, poor service, poor returns process and terrible quality control if any
