Ordered two stools in Feb 2012, received email that they would be delivered in 10 working days this didn't happen. They kept delaying the delivery without contacting me, there sales and customer service team are useless! They couldn't care less about the customers and have a very negative relaxed attitude towards everything, they promise someone will be in touch and they never get in touch with you. Eventually the stools arrived in June 2012 and they were not the ones we had ordered!!!
We were promised a refund for the delivery cost and the exchange of stools to take place via there online ticket system which is shocking and is only opening during business hours - joke! Its almost August 2012 and we still haven't had no refund, no exchange and no agreed products. I have contacted them a number of times via phone, email and online but they have done nothing about my order, do not contact you when promised and send out the same responses to the same customers.
I will NEVER buy from this company ever again, they have the worst customer service team in the world and have no regard for there customers. They were quick to take the payment out for the items in Feb 2012 and its nearly August 2012 and I still am no closer to settling this order. It is a joke and disgusting the way that they treat there customers, I only wish I had looked at some of these reviews before purchasing from this highly unprofessional, disorganised, morally disgusting and horrible company! They need to be investigated and penalised for the way that they treat there customers...robbing money and not delivering the agreed products
