We had order different parts of furniture for our home costing a total of £800.
I can't explain the upset we had with this company.
Our first item was a Oak Bar Table. Over £400. First delivery the item was faulty as table legs didn't match top. It was redelivered again approx 10 days laters. However to get this redelivered you have to "write by email" to them to explain the problem. Even that isn't good enough. You have to send pictures.
After the third attempt we got the item which looks "Okay"
The second delivery Nadini Tables. 2 out of the 3 glass tops are scratched. Asked for a discount or new tops. Once agian this has to be put into writing and pictures supplied. They have so far offered us £8 back from a £80 item ! Not happy
Final item - we are still waiting for. I have now requested this to be cancelled with a full refund ! Of course this needs to be put into writing.
Just so you know NO1 responds unless it's out of office hours. Customer Service - RUBBISH !

Furniture in Fashion does not have any after sale service although there are a few "excellent after sales" review appeared in the review center. Obviously, those are fake review which rewritten by someone who has relationship with furniture in fashion. Their after sale service is a joke because no one will deal with your request on the phone or in person. They will push you to an online support system which can be accessed only between 9am-5pm on the working days. The answer you can expect from them are always "we need to check it and will keep you posted"-- which is completely useless. The only way to protect your right as a customer is to go through a small claim court or talk to your credit card company. Moreover, you can report furniture in fashion to trading standard as well. Please act now and dont waste your time with furniture in fashion because you will never get what you deserve from this company which needs to be closed down forever.
