We had order different parts of furniture for our home costing a total of £800.
I can't explain the upset we had with this company.
Our first item was a Oak Bar Table. Over £400. First delivery the item was faulty as table legs didn't match top. It was redelivered again approx 10 days laters. However to get this redelivered you have to "write by email" to them to explain the problem. Even that isn't good enough. You have to send pictures.
After the third attempt we got the item which looks "Okay"
The second delivery Nadini Tables. 2 out of the 3 glass tops are scratched. Asked for a discount or new tops. Once agian this has to be put into writing and pictures supplied. They have so far offered us £8 back from a £80 item ! Not happy
Final item - we are still waiting for. I have now requested this to be cancelled with a full refund ! Of course this needs to be put into writing.
Just so you know NO1 responds unless it's out of office hours. Customer Service - RUBBISH !
