I am giving a 4 star rating for the after sales service that i received. My goods arrived in good time and good condition but there were a few parts missing (washers and an allen key). I contacted Furniture in Fashion by e-mail and they phoned me the same day to let me know that rather than return the whole table, the missing parts would be despatched direct from the manufacturer in 5-7 working days. The parts arrived on the 8th working day and i was not going to quibble about them being one day late. Although i was disappointed the goods did not arrive intact in the first instance i was satisfied with after sales service and would still recommend your company to friends. Thank you for your prompt action, a speedy conclusion and user friendly website.
