APPALLING SERVICE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Do not order from this unreliable company, they like to take your money and not deliver the goods. I ordered a waterproof divan bed for my mother after she was released from hospital. When I placed my order the website said the item was in stock and delivery in 3 days. Numerous calls later and promises of delivery the bed still didn't get delivered. I said I wanted to cancel the order I was advised a refund would take 28 days, why wasn't I surprised that this failed too. Another 2 calls and eventually I was refunded but it took 3 months from when my order was placed to get anywhere. All you get are excuses and failed promises of delivery I insisted on an email to confirm my refund which to my surprise I did get a reply. Maybe that was because I said I would go to trading standards.Phone calls rarely get answered and never get replies from emails sent. Do not trust this site unless you want months of hassle. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
