ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

Ordered a mattress and a couple of other items thurs 25/9 expecting them by monday 29th
Left it until tuesday 3th before ringing only to be told it was out of stock and would be delivered thursday 2/10 today
I rang to confirm the delivery but was told it will not be coming today and dont know when delivery will be
So i asked for the order to be cancelled to be told i would have a 14% admin charge to pay
I was furious
I rang CAB and was advised to ring my bank as i payed by debit card
This i did and they agreed to refund the money under the charge back scheme
I received an email at 16.08 saying goods have been dispatched via TNT
I am self employed and cant afford to play these silly games with a company that should not be trading
I have spent all day trying to get this so called company closed down and i will not stop now until i do
i have reported them to Watchdog/trading standars/CAB and homeandgardeng.co.uk as they use this company as a recommended site
Hopefully they wont last the year
