If only we had read the reviews before ordering a mattress! The mattress duly arrived but wrong size. We had to pay for it's return if Furniture 24/7 were to send out a replacement. They have had the mattress now for a month but no replacement has been received. When telephoning them they say "we will send it out tomorrow". Obviously we are not going to get a replacement - they have had our money. We have now handed the matter over to our Bankers and suggest everyone who has a similar problem does the same and also report this underhanded company to the Trading Standards.
