Bed turned up broken and in a terrible state so i didn't accept delivery, phoned about refund and was told to wait a few days and phone back which i did only to find that the 'after sales team' no longer answer their phone.
so tried the sales team who seem helpful enough took my details, said they would get in touch with the managing director who would then phone me but still no reply. Absolute con!
not hopeful for getting my money back which incidentally was £230 for a childrens bunk bed, they are very disappointed as am i to say the least.
Do not use this company under any circumstances they are rip off merchants. Will be doing all i can to make this known.

Hi, go to your bank and ask for a chargeback, whether you paid with a debit or credit card, you should get it. They will send you the forms. Print off all emails to and froim them. If the bank won't do it, go to the Financial Ombudsman.
