Placed order in November then 2 weeks later the company disappeared. We payed with a maestro card the sum of over £900. If you wait over a month and the product doesn't arrive contact your banks fraud department and just explain to them that the company has disappeared and you have no way of contacting them now.i wouldn't mention that they have went into administration if that's the case. Thankfully got the full amount back. (read more)

They took £900 on 3rd December and I got an email confirming the order. Now no reply to email or answer when calling company. Website also down as noticed by others. I have started a chargeback dispute with my credit card provider and am confident I will get the money back but it is a real pain. Seems they have disappeared entirely. I ordered a bed after speaking to a nice lady over the phone. They took my £250.00 promptly and sent me an email four days later enabling me to track my order, but the link didn't work!!! I've been trying to contact them since and I just get an engaged tone. I have reported it to my bank and will report it to the police. Snap, although we did eventually receive the 2 beds in which we ordered (took over a month but they took the money the day in which i placed the order). problem is that one bed was broken upon delivery and we took photos and sent an email straight away. As yet nothing, no reply to my constant emails or telephone calls.

yes I also ordered an item on 15th November took my money and no item came,however when I randgsomeone did answer and said it would be delivered last week....still no item. I was told this by trading standards. I also had to phone companies house they list every company out there. But furnish your home was never registered with them. How did you get hold of the manufacturer. Ive been told to go straight to the bank and sort out money issues

I knew who made my furniture, so contacted them direct, I have also started a dispute with my card company and I will see, very strange though as Furnish their pockets were a pro-forma client and paid for my furniture on collection this week!!!! so strange!

Furnish your home no longer exists. I spent my whole morning on the phone to trading standards. Hopefully your credit company will give your money back. Turns out that furnish your home is just a sole trading company. Probably someone just sitting at home on their desk. All the five star reviews must be fake!

I made loads of phone calls. Trading standard is saying yes they have done a runner. They are a sole trading company so was probably easy for them to take everyones money and disappear. Im starting to think all these five star reviews are actually fake. I think furnish your home was never a proper company they never have delivered anyones goods. How did you manage to speak to the manufacturers. Any sign on your furniture. Im dealing with things with the bank see if i can get my money back.

Ordered table on line, four days later told it was not available would I like an alternative or would I prefer to cancel my order. Cancelled my order. I have just received delivery of my two wardrobes and chest of drawers...How about that!
I emailed, called, contacted the police and the bank. Then got a call on Friday re;delivery for today. I didn't believe it would happen but I have just received them and they are now in my house. I asked the driver if they had gone bankrupt and he said that all he new was that they had seized trading.

They had quite a big range of bedroom furniture to choose. I went with the orient range which is a high gloss. Now i had found that high gloss products were very expensive and i was on a budget. i managed to get every thing i needed for the bedroom within my budget and i have to say it was purely because this company came out the cheapest. I have been looking for nearly 6 months for a dining set with a difference, i wanted something a bit unusual but i either didn't like the chairs or i didn't like the table. I purchased a leather 3 & 2 seater sofa from them. It was delivered 4 weeks late, there were cushions missing from the 3 seater (as per their picture). They also claim to have the cheapest prices. I had to phone to place my order and the order was taken as 2 seperate items, when there was a package for the 2 items availabe thet would have saved me £200. Furnish Your Home site clearly states delivery is upto 3 weeks, the above was delivered in 15 days. The above person contacted furnish your home and said the left runners for 2 different sets of drawers were faulty, we sent out new runners in first class post. Customer said they were faulty so we sent a service man to her home who clearly showed the customer she was building them incorrectly. What else can we do

A member of staff was sent to the customers house. A chest of drawers was built to show the items were not faulty. I can also assure you that no members of our staff are abrupt and all we tried to do was find a solution but the the customer was refusing

i too bought from this company, and thought i had coverd myself with paypal(what a joke)i bought the gloss bedroom furniture and 1 item was faulty and 1 other was marked contacted company and same as you didnt respond, so i contacted paypal, they gave me 7 days to return the goods and pay out of my own money £150 courier charge, so i am stuck with the goods because my courier costs wont be refunded either.....be very wary of this company please.if there are any faults whats so ever dont throw any packaging away until every thing is checked over, and please dont even put any of it together they wont accept that its faulty.
