This company (FADS online furniture retailer) took my money, didn't send the goods and refuses to refund me. They have used every excuse in the book not to refund the sum of £199.99, getting ever-more creative with the whole process. I ordered a bed almost a month ago. The item was out of stock yet they still took the money and I am still fighting for my refund. They claimed to have sent cheques which never arrived (like we've never heard THAT before!) and are using this as a 'reason' not to reimburse my money. I have tried to get my money back via debit-card, cheque and BACS - and all methods have failed because it's patently clear they don't want to refund the cash. What company cannot afford to refund the sum of £200.00?? They sound in trouble in my opinion - what other explanation can there be? I have no bed and no money and am unable to purchase another one until this debacle ends. FADS just don't care about its customers and now I have to fight this through the chargeback scheme of my bank. My advice about this company: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....
