I have shopped on line with Dwell on several occasions, I have always collected the goods myself. I have found the staff at both stores Tottenham Court Road and Westfield at Stratford really helpful, the only problem I do seem to encounter is that when they say they will call when the goods are in,(this has happened at both stores) I have never received a call I have had to call myself to check that the goods are ready for collection, apart from that I have been satisfied.
