This is a great cd shelf. It holds more cd than we thought (about 150) and makes wall art of your cd collection. It's nicer and more original than a plain shelf and it's nice to have the cd at eye level. It's very modern and might not look at home next to more traditional furniture. Really disappointed. Dwell cancelled my delivery and didn't notify me - meaning I waited in all Saturday. The following week it seems they had lost my order and it had to be re- booked. The finance company then sent 8 email to the wrong address, holding up my order yet again. Bought the Paris leather corner sofa. It's early days but so far, so good. We took a risk and bought it through the internet without being able to view it first in-store. The sofa is perfect and exactly what we wanted - slim, sleek, and modern. The leather is good quality. The cushions are firm and comfortable. Saw these online and went to look at them instore to ensure they were sturdy and well made. Was not disappointed. Easy to put together. Work well on wooden or carpeted floors. Excellent value for money as there was an extra 30% off at the time of purchase. Assistant instore ordered for me online and they were delivered 2 days later. Well done Dwell. First order was a sofa that arrived damaged but could not be bothered to return as had to wait in all day for it. Packaging left was a pain The tried to order a desk on line. I ordered the Blue Doodle Rug and when it arrived the colour was very different from that portrayed online. The background looked cream in the image but was actually quite a dark grey and much darker blue. I was worried my son would not like it for his bedroom but he did. I am very pleased with the Ripple chairs I bought recently. They were easy to assemble, look good and are very comfortable. Dwell's customer service team were efficient at contacting me regarding my order and delivery. I had some difficulty with the website. I struggled to get it to accept my order and received no confirmation email. The delivery team were excellent but did arrive a couple of hours before the time slot I had been given. “DWELL - Aggressive marketing!”

After buying a small item from Dwell, I am being hounded by their text messages and emails. I unchecked all marketing options at the time of purchasing the item online. When I try and follow instructions to opt out of marketing texts, my mobile provider warns me I will be charged up to £1.50 for sending the text. DWELL, is this type of aggressive marketing worth it? I placed an order for three items (wardrobe, bedside table and draw's) staff very helpfull when placing the order. The guys doing the delivery were fantastic called me up to let me know they were on route, got everything upto the flat no problems at all very chatty and friendly. So far so good. However I got up early on Saturday to assemble the wardrobe and after upacking the first parts set about construction. Placed an order back in March. Had problems with 2 out the of the four items. We were told they would replace these 2 items and quality check them before despatch. This was due over two weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything and every time I call them I am either on hold or end up getting cut off. I ordered 6 eiffel chairs, thye arrived with two sets of legs damaged, I aksed for replacement legs to be sent, despite repeated assurances that they would be/had been despatched they did not arrive, this was particularly annoying as I took a day off work to be at home to receive them on the day I had been assured they would be delivered. I recently purchased several items from the Dwell website which they claimed were in stock (they claim to have stock of many items which in fact is not the case). I paid over £500 and was assured the goods would be with me in a week. They never arrived and I wasnt informed of any problems.
