I order 2 side tables in August, when they finally arrived, both of them were damaged. Wrote to Dwell and waited another month to get another 2 new side table.... opened them yesterday and one of them is more damaged than any of the other 2..... So overall Im waiting since the 08/08 and still haven't sort the problem. I went to the Tottenham Court Road store to buy a cushion my daughter wanted. It wasn't in stock but a very helpful girl ordered it for me and talked me through the Pisa sofa which my daughter was also interested in. She took me to one on the shop floor and showed me how easy it is to convert to a bed and back to a sofa again. Bought the Basal six drawer sideboard in stone gloss for my bedroom in the sale on line. Looked at this product previously and hummed and arrhed but took the plunge when I saw it in the sale. I ordered a sideboard and side tables on-line. Delivery was scheduled for 12th September, however it came and went and no one from Dwell contacted me. I had to phone on 3 separate occasions only to be advised there were yet more delays. Customer service was poor indeed. When to furniture eventually arrived it was good quality and I was pleased with the product. Had to have this the moment I saw it, lucky me it was on offer £20 below rep. Fabulous vase/fruit bowl. I love it empty as it looks like a piece of sculpture. Bit wobbly on the flat but a bit of blu tac shld solve the problem. My sister bought the same vase hers is wobbly too so must be a manufacture fault. I ordered a 'white hadley bench' and just after a week of its use, saw one of the buttons being damaged, I emailed Dwell's customer support and sent them a photo of the damaged bench too. They understood my concern and immediately offered me 3 options, I chose the option to get the bench replaced with a new one. They kept me updated about the replacement order and the delivery. “Cheap imitations”

Dwell products look stylish but there is usually no substance. Eames rip off chairs are low in quality and uncomfortable. I bought a bathroom cabinet recently where the mirrored doors overlapped at the bottom because it was distorted. I have and will continue to purchase products from the company but will a full time job being told 7am to 6pm delivery time is not good enough. I was then called to be told 40-60 minutes depending on traffics and products turned up nearly 2 hours after the call. Smaller windows of delivery times or definitive times first thing in the morning would be much more helpful. I did call up to be told in 6 years no one had ever had this issue. We recently purchased a new apartment for which I ordered quite a few items from Dwell. It was my first interaction with them but I always had an impression of them as being a slick and professional outfit. The sofas we ordered were late by 6 weeks against what we were told at the time of purchase followed by a very mechanical delivery experience. Where do I beginning! I was given wrong information, was disrespecte by junior staff and as a result I incurred extra cost. Westfiled branch....avoid at all cost. purchased 5 pieces of furniture in august 2014.3 out of 5 pieces all damaged .did get replacements but table had to be replaced twice as the replacement was damaged!was unhappy about the flexibility of delivery and collection of damaged pieces.you need to have yr own delivery service who can unpack,set up new furniture ,check for damage and then remove all packaging for recycle.also before furniture is packed for delivery there should be better quality control as do not feel all damages occured… Read Full Review
