Love your design of furniture but feel for the cost of some of the items that one should not have to put the piece together oneself and the instructions are not at all helpful. We are pleased to hear that you love our design and we are sorry that the item you purchased required assembly, some of our items do come flat packed to keep the cost down of the product however, we are concerned to hear that the instructions were not that clear. Would you please be able to e-mail us with your order details and also if you could advise which product the instructions weren't good enough so we can pick this matter up with our supplier and look to improve them.

We look to keep our core products in stock however, from time to time the demand exceeds our expectations and this is why sometimes the products are not in stock, but we would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Telephoned to place an order, phone answered immediately, the staff member I spoke to could answer all my queries, and took my order which he promised would be delivered the next day. I didn't get passed around to various departments. Delivery arrived as promised and I was able to track the parcel to delivery. No self assembly and goods well packed and excellent quality. “Good shop staff but limited delivery organisation”

We had to return a sofa because it was faulty, that was not an issue with the Dwell staff. Delivery of goods has not been smooth, we were told we were getting goods and we didn't. There has not been an adequate explanation. Also there is a long lead on stock. I would think twice about purchasing from Dwell again… Read Full Review

“Delivery Service is Poor”

The ordering of the sofa's couldn't have been more helpful, however, all went wrong when the incorrect sofas were delivered. Some 3 weeks later these still have not been removed from our premises. Perhaps I should keep them as a reward for poor quality service. On 2 occasions the sofas were promised for delivery and not until the 3rd attempt did they turn up. On the flip side of this the sofas that I ordered in the beginning did not fit through an awkward door way and Dwell had a no quibble… Read Full Review

Delivery scheduled for the seventh day of the seven day window; then it doesn't turn up. Turned up on the following day even though I had requested a different alternate delivery day! “Poor delivery service”

Ordered a bar table with anticipated delivery of one week. Limited delivery dates offered (£49 paid for delivery) and offered a slot from 7am to 6pm. Rang the day before to see if a morning or afternoon slot likely but was told this was not possible but that the driver would ring an hour before. This was disappointing and most other delivery stores offer an indication of at least am/pm 24 hours before. I consider this to be poor value for money for a delivery charge. Unfortunately, we use an out-sourced delivery company for some areas and they are unable to provide us with an am/pm delivery slot, all they can advise is whereabouts a customer is on the drop schedule and we have found in the past that this isn't a clear indication of an am/pm slot, to which we apologies for the inconvenience caused on the day of delivery.

“Delivery of chairs - shoddy packing, parts missing.”

“Shockingly POOR delivery+customer service and wrong...”

I ordered a dining chair and cushions and it told me I'd get in 7 days. 7-9 days later I called customer services and was given an explanation about the some warehouse issue that meant nothing to me - no apology and a very sarcastic and impatient girl giving me the info - I even tried to give her some polite feedback about how she spoke and she retorted it was because I didn't t understand her. I bought a new sofabed and TV stand from Dwell. The service was excellent from start to finish. The sofa is very good quality and value and looks great in my room. The TV stand is very modern and of high quality design. I have always liked Dwell products. They tend to be good quality and on-trend. However, the service is shocking! I placed my order one Monday evening and received a very questionable order confirmation. I paid £6.95 to have one chair delivered within 7 days. The money was taken straightaway.
