“Very poor customer service ”

The products were great value and there was no problem with that however the coffee table was damaged as was one of the doors on the cabinet. Getting them collected and refunded took over five weeks and took around 15 phone calls. People were going to call back but never did and on one particular day waiting in for collection I was then told that it wasn't even in the system which meant I took a day off for nothing. Awful! I do not know how many times I have to call to your service but it begins to be tiring when every time I hear something different. The order was made 31.July 2016 and I got destroyed thing then I called to replace it and the problems started. Having received first table which loved but one side vanished other side different colour and texture? Customer service excellent and the delivered a new one within days unfortunately this one had a wood chip out of it my feeling is the quality control may be lacking . Still awaiting response as wary to have another delivered so would be happy to keep but feel would be nice for some discount off a damaged table as keep returning must cost more in long run !! We stumbled across dwell by accident when looking to furnish a flat for our son. We bought a lot of furniture for him and then went back to buy some for ourselves. So far, we really can't fault dwell. Their systems work well, the showroom is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I purchased a white table and within a few months the edge of it started to discolour. I emailed the customer care team, who rang me the following day to ask me when they could deliver a replacement. Myself and my fiancé bought quite a lot for my home and for a rental flat from Dwell. Without going into too much detail, I was astounded by the level of service provided by Dwell when I had an issue. Oxford St, Glasgow and head office got involved to ensure it was all resolved. The furniture looks quite good. But the delivery and quality are substandard. We went all the way to London to purchase the items. Main reason was the promise of quick delivery. But the delivery date was postponed on the day of delivery. Also a compensation was promised because of the delay but never got it. The screw holes in big sofa, arm chair as well as the TV table were not alignment. Fantastic service in the store. The customer assistant could not have been more helpful. The store manager, however, could have been more professional as she was standing at the main till calling back job applicants for all to hear! Dwell is let down greatly by its delivery service. First of all, it charges £39 for delivery and for that you get an all day timeslot from 7am to 6pm so your whole day is wasted waiting. Lovely furniture, however not had a great experience. I paid for delivery as I was told it included an unpacking and removal of packaging service. The delivery arrived at agreed time, however it was not unpacked. I contacted the store and was advised the requirement to unpack was not included on the delivery note. The lady at London Road Glasgow branch epitomises everything good at Dwell. Fantastic products fantastic service. Even delivery chaps Glasgow1 team were amazing having to work around carpet fitter. “Great piece but delivery experience wasn't great”

I'm really happy with my large Basel sideboard, but the delivery wasn't great. First, I selected a date by text, but that didn't work. Dwell gave me free delivery and re-scheduled. They assured me they had noted that the delivery people would unpack and take away the boxes. This did not happen, as delivery people could not get away fast enough. “Poor quality fittings”

Difficult to assemble as the fittings were of a poor quality. The sideboard was not cheap and when you are spending a lot of money you should not have to build the furniture it should come ready assembled. We followed the instructions correctly and had to get help from a relative who is an experienced joiner and still the sideboard in parts does not sit correctly in the dowels provided so not happy with the amount we have spent and the poor quality fittings as it is not a perfect.
