The staff in store were fab but said I couldn't redeem a voucher I had because I was buying a sale item. “Misleading info on website”

I ordered a coffe table which according to the website was in stock. I did not receive any delivery info so I called Customer Service a few days after ordering it on line. I was told that it was out of stock and could take up to nine weeks before it was available. Customer Sevice confirmed that it was still showing in stock when I called them and said they would get that changed on the website. “Efficiency and customer care are dreadful ”

The goods arrived on time but two items were damaged The delivery team damaged my brand new carpet and wallpaper. The customer care staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They have refused to accept liability despite photographs of the damage and the request for them to view the damage. Today they came to collect the damaged furniture and deliver replacement furniture. However they would not dismantle wardrobe and didn't have the replacement. Stay away from Dwell. They didn't deliver my item which i bought on 3rd February but obviously charged me for it. I spent endless amount of time calling Dwell to sort out the problem. Excellent delivery service by the 2 drivers. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. Made an excellent job of putting my order together (a white bedroom cupboard). They got on well with each other and made a great team. Dwell should be very pleased to have such excellent employees. I ordered two items with Dwell. The coffee table arrived with a missing part which meant they had to return a week later to set it up. The wardrobe arrived with a broken base which meant they had to return. Again. They returned and set up the wardrobe...but broke one of the glass draws. They returned to sort this out...but broke the same glass drawer. Current status: glass broken on wardrobe. “Faulty rug”

I received this rug. It has multicoloured triangles throughout. This one had a number of same coloured triangles printed along side each other so guess what, no longer triangles. I was told by customer services that this is not faulty and similar to 'words grain on veneer' being different throughout its print. Ridiculous. Customer service at both the store is excellent, and scheduling delivery is a dream. They sent me a text which allowed me to choose a delivery clot, and it was easy to change the delivery date as well. Customer service is always courteous, and extremely helpful. As a comparison, I also bought a TV from another seller. To change the delivery date, I was told to contact the distirbutor directly, but only after the good is dispatched. The staff in your showroom were particularly helpful and deserve nothing but the highest praise from me. The system of partial deliveries would be acceptable IF the accompanying paperwork was accurate and items not available were to be marked 'to follow' and cross referred to the correct delivery order. “Apalling Service - Unbelievably Bad”

I ordered a rug in February and received an email that I must contact the company to arrange a delivery. We did that and I received confirmation. I have waited in ALL DAY for it. I called Dwell, to be passed to somebody who said he couldn't help as the phone had gone through to a store but gave me a Royal Mail tracking number that didn't work. “Double Extending Wooden Dining table”

The whole process was extremely smooth. From going into the showroom and looking at their products we were immediately put at ease by the assistant. Bought Dwell Branch book case online on 11/2/17. Item arrived with mismatch screws/fittings. Several e-mails to customer services but they never reply! Several phone calls to Dwell.
