What a dreadful waste to not allow me to purchase the seat only especially as it has the screw on feature to construct. There are apparently two delivery systems possible by your company. I will accept none that rely on me being in for 12 hours from any supplier so use a more appropriate delivery without charging me a lot more. Your discounts are more than absorbed by the delivery costs your system. Your discount, to me your customer is completely absorbed by your delivery system. Get a better contractor. On my first two deliveries I made reasonable availability as was the delivery system. It worked… Read Full Review

“No stock,long delivery when in stock incorrect item...”

I went into the store and saw the perfect office chair. They did not have any in stock in any colour and there would be none in stock for well over 5 weeks. When they finally arrived in stock I placed my order after finding nothing suitable elsewhere. The delivery from this order took over 10 days and this was only to the store. I was not or could not be offered a delivery to my home. I went to pick the item up and it was the incorrect colour. I was promised a new one would be delivered asap… Read Full Review

I can now confirm that Dwell customer services have contacted me direct and arranged for next day delivery of my items. This is in some respects satisfaction and I have reviewed my original score from 2 stars to 3 stars - representing a so-so experience with some friction. “Wrong chair delivered”

I liked the one dining chair that was correct .I do not like the fact that the other chair sent was the wrong one. Have been waiting since 8july for replacement it is now 22nd July .Rang today to ask when delivery might be was told 7/8 days lady couldn't say for sure. I’m very pleased with the product I received from Dwell. What let the overall experience down is the people that delivered the sofa to my apartment. My girlfriend was waiting home alone for them and politely asked if they would move our old sofa into the next room. To this request. they refused. If this is company policy due to insurance I can understand to a degree but what ever happened to people doing someone else a good turn? “Misrepresentation, shoddy quality and poor service”

I bought the Portofino gloss sideboard. I look at every picture imaginable (including Googling it) and on different laptops (in case the colour changed) to ensure it was in the ballpark of the colour I was looking for. When you order a item from dwell online you assume that the stock availability would be correct as shown on item page .Do Not assume this!!!!!! It's only when you have placed a order & paid your money to dwell, that you truly find out that there is no current stock available for immediate delivery, & your given a estimated delivery date. “White Drop Leaf Dining Table -damaged when packed”

We believe the delivered item had been packed damaged and assume we may have been sent store demonstration model as no others in the country. Packaging did not appear to be damaged.
