I ordered over the phone from Spain and was given advice and courteous attention. No rush , just patience and can't really say anything other than praise. I called into your Southampton store when I visited uk and again was given attention with a smile .
The shop I ordered over the phone was in Reading .
My order is being held for me until I move and it's reassuring to know this .
