Customer service at both the store is excellent, and scheduling delivery is a dream. They sent me a text which allowed me to choose a delivery clot, and it was easy to change the delivery date as well. Customer service is always courteous, and extremely helpful.

As a comparison, I also bought a TV from another seller. To change the delivery date, I was told to contact the distirbutor directly, but only after the good is dispatched. After a whole lot of faffing around with the distributor not recognising the consignment number and whatnot, it was finally resolved and agreed. And yet the delivery still came at the wrong time. No such nightmare with Dwell.

Delivery and assembly was rather expensive, but extremely professional and quick.
