Worst service & shopping experience.

Weher do i start?!? From the day we ordered and got the items delivered it is 3 weeks past, we wanted to return an item and get another one which we have been charged for and to our surprise they made us sit at home waiting for them and called 2 times to say they are coming to find out 3-4 hours later they will not come. Then i had to keep calling them whole day and stay on the line each time for min 10 min to get through to someone who had no clue of anything, they promised to arrange it for another day so we stayed home another day. They showed up brought the new item and refused to take the old due to no one told them. Here we go again i had to call them again and same scenario as above happened. Then i Left a review as they have requested, someone emailed me saying they will contact me the next day but there was no option for me to reply and say 'sorry but i am not gonna waste another day of mine waiting for you guys to call or show up and not get paid' So i dont even know if they have called as i had no missed call or voice messages. I had to call again and guess what?! same scenario happened again only this time they promised they will come between 5:30-6:00 but they might come earlier and definitely not after as they would be finished then. What do you think happened? They did not show up AGAIN, no one called to say they are coming and i stayed home until 6:15 and no one and i mean no one came or called.

After 3 weeks i still have that ugly table in my flat and to all my friends and colleagues and family said and will say to never ever think about shopping from dwell as their horrible service is not worth the money, time and stress....
