I went back and forward many times in Dwell Westfield Stratford store and made serval purchases. I had good experience shopping there and all the sales team members are very friendly and helpful in choosing items and arranging deliveries.

However I have to mention my last delivery (3 deliveries in total) was really unprofessional. As discussed in store they should assemble furnitures for me and take the packages and rubbish away. Upon delivery the two delivery men refused to do so and lied to me about the policy has changed. They did not assemble my two large chest drawers and refused to take the package away. I had to ask them very nicely to help me to at least put them in my bedroom where I wanted them to be. Otherwise they would have just dropped everything in my living room. This is a dreadful experience and I went to in store to make a compliant.
