I have had the worst experience of my life with dwell and would not recommend them to anyone. It's a disgrace that they have damaged the item I've bought 3 times and now are refusing to replace it. It's not my fault they keep sending out inexperienced drivers to fix the bed I've bought and they keep damaging it. I have spoken to every person they've sent and they've all said they've never fixed the buddy bed with the extra guest bed before even though I've asked them to send me someone who knows what they are doing. Drivers have said they haven't had training on how to put the bed together and don't know what they are doing. The last driver said his never fixed an item before as he normally only delivers and the guy with him has only been with the company a week. It's a joke and a disgrace, I've never seen a company so bad in my life. If you break it you replace it. I'm very upset by the situation and very stressed out as I now have a damaged bed I paid hundreds for. It's terrible the way they handle the situation. My recommendation to anyone is go elsewhere and keep away from dwell, they are a joke.
