I wanted a bookcase that wasn't a boring bookshelf and this item fitted the bill perfectly. It was fully assembled and exactly what I wanted but nearly £50 delivery charge was a little steep although it was a two man job. It all went downhill when I tried to get it delivered. The text booking system doesnt work, there is no customer service number only an order line which gets randomly put through to a store answered by untrained staff who have no idea about your order. The online chat system was down and I wasted a lot of time. Really disappointing that Dwell can make such a mess of a simple job such as delivery and customer communication. They were helpful when I complained and refunded the delivery charge as gesture of goodwill.
