I have bought from Dwell many times and have generally been satisfied with their products and their service. However after my last experience I will never buy from them again. I bought the Step Shelving Bookcase and was delivered the product twice.. both times damaged. The first time I asked for a replacement and the second time I just asked for compensation. I had to call them 5 times because no body every called me back when they said they would. Eventually I got a measly 20% back. I know that Dwell nearly went under last year and clearly they are now cutting corners... Avoid buying from them if you can. They used to rival John Lewis, but now they just sell expensive furniture with bad customer service
