Some items can be good when in the sale but otherwise over priced. Bought a chair at 20% off. 2.5 weeks after delivery it was reduced by 50%. Store would not honour extra discount. Very hard to get through to right person on the phone and long wait for the chair (6weeks). Not good customer care from customer service. Was promised call back but never got one.
