I telephoned to order a sofa bed and was received by a very friendly, efficient sounding lady who surprised me by saying the sofa would be delivered within a few days. And it was! Helpful delivery guys took it upstairs.

Once I had it unpacked and up (easy to assemble but not so easy to get out of the box) I discovered it was exactly as it appeared on the website.

No-one has slept on it yet - I imagine it's a bit hard and will be used only for emergencies, but for a sofa, looks fitting and attractive in my room

Very happy, thank you.
