I ordered a console table and 2 side tables from the website, which showed them as available for immediate delivery. Great!?
When I heard nothing further, I called up to be told that because the side tables were in fact not in stock, the entire order was being held up - but no one thought to advise me of this by email or text...why ever not?
In the end, a very helpful salesman arranged for the console table to be delivered without delay, with the rest to follow in due course.
Great designs and fun products, but why the sloppy systems? Shame. I'm told they are working on improvements...do hope so.
