Bed ordered online with stated delivery time of 6 weeks. Received a phone call 6 weeks later from a member of staff stating they had told to phone me as our bed had been damaged in transit and there episode be a further 6 week wait. Cancelled the order as I had no confidence that would be the case. No apology offered. Will not use them again.
