Bought a mattress from dreams and after three years the matters was unable to be slept on gave myself and my wife back pain. So we contacted them to claim under warranty. The sent out an inspector to check the bed. It took a number of weeks and chasing dreams and contacting silent night to eventually get the report findings. No surprise no manufacturing fault. Even when their were 2 depressions 30mm deep on the bed and the memory foment was only 20mm thick. The warranty is not worth the paper it is writen on. They use it as a selling point. Their customer service also do not call you back. In the hope you forget about it. I was sold on the reputation of dreams and silent night and they where both unprofessional in treatment of customers. Still have not received a copy of report
