I purchased a mattress about four years ago and it developed a severe dipping. So i called dreams who put me on in touch with mbg. They sent a technician round to check the mattress. A few days later i received a letter stating that the guarantee would not be honored due it being normal wear and tear. Also their was a comment on the report supposedly made by me. When i challenged mbg they said that the comment would be removed as the technician was lying. But this would not make any difference to the initial claim. I also challenged dreams about the outcome but the customer services adviser was very abrasive,rude and unco-operative.She also said that a senior manager would call me back and nearly a month later no phone call.
Dreams are not interested in good customer service or even retaing there customers.
I would like to warn anyone who deals with dreams to seriously think about it first and not to take out a useless 10 yr guarantee that is supposed to guarantee everything. I have even emailed the ceo of dreams but wont hold my breath in getting a response.
