I bought a bed from Dreams, but found the mattress to be to hard for my arthritic spine, but the shop were unable change the mattresses before the thirty days,quite understandable!
I then contacted the Head of Customer Services who allowed me to go back to the shop and find a more suitable bed, this I duly did. Francis then ordered the new bed without hesitation and I am indebted to him.
He could not have been more helpful even though the mistake was mine!
I cannot speak highly enough of the service and would not hesitate to recommend your firm to friends and family.
