The Dreams Experience

As I commented to my friend after dealing with 'Dreams' bedstore.You think you've found the one of your dreams. You are invited in, treated beautifully by an extremely pleasant young man who invites you to lie on the bed whilst he makes you a cup of tea. He doesn't rush you and lets you take your time to savour the moment. So far, so wonderfully good. Top marks there you might think.

Once you have decided that this is just what you have been looking for, he makes lots of promises and you sign up - walking away feeling very pleased with yourself and life. Then girls, you know what comes next don't you? Of course, he is unable to live up to his promises and fails to deliver!!!

Most of the problems seem to come about because of delivery issues. Bed CUSTOMERS BEWARE.. If you try a bed out instore and then order on line to avoid delivery charges DO NOT, if you have occasion to talk to anyone online, do not,I repeat DO NOT let on that you have already tried the bed, or the terms and conditions of online purchasing (i.e.free delivery) will not apply apparently, as online beds are 'sold as seen'. Check and check again ALL delivery charges and services. It is in your own interest to do so as I believe that the delivery driver's only obligation when dealing with online purchases is just to deliver to an address and not to put the bed in situ. ALWAYS MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY CLEAR WHAT YOUR REQUIREMENTS ARE to avoid disappointment and frustration.Back to the first two paragraphs here!!..

To be fair, customer services were quick to reply to my emails, it is just that we were not singing from the same hymn sheet.

P.S. Bed was delivered over a week ago. Still waiting for headboard!! But that's yet another story.

Bottom line is - yes I probably would shop here again and possibly recommend it to others but would warn them about delivery issues.
