We brought a sofa bed ordered online in January 2013 heard nothing from dreams so kept chasing to keep being told different things but basically it was delayed due to company being taken over which I can understand but the customer shouldn't be the one chasing they should of contacted us and when we did make contact the staff were appalling with their customer service skills, the only person who was very helpful and good was a lady who was very good and all staff should be like her in my eyes.
