Divan Bed Centre

For the past 4 months I have owned one of these Divan Beds that I purchased new from the company and thought I would share my opinion with others.
From their website they come over as if they are all very big company however when calling their sales hotline be warned ' you are calling a call centre and not the company themselves! ' ~

The bed was delivered a few days later than promised and the courier company told me that he would probably see me again ( joking ) shorttly as he said he takes back more beds to this company than they deliver!!!

The bed was fine for the first few days with just a few squeaks from it which I thought was the settling in of the wood etc however I later found out that the divan bed was starting to sink in the middle. My mattress was also brand new, from another company I must say, so I knew it was not the mattress going faulty. Upon examining the divan base I found out that the base was made of very thin ply that is great if you weight is under 8 stone but anything more than that forget it...

Now I know why I should have paid the extra £150 or so and gone to somewhere like John Lewis etc...
