bought this frame for a friends birthday , i chose this from the reviews of other customers , what a great choice a fantastic frame for the money . “Broken Power Supply”

Arrived in good time. But flickered, all the time. There was a fault with the 5v power supply, which was also very hot. Several phone calls requesting a new power supply, but dispite being promised one was beeing sent none has arrived, now over a week. I advised frame was to be a wedding present, but clearly I will have to find another present now. (read more)

Product was poor quality and was temperamental when working with USB. Notified company of the return of the frame and I'm still waiting for my refund one week after the return was received by them. No communication from the company = poor service. (read more)

“Great product, great website, great service”

The website was very clear and informative; I especially liked the comparison table for all the different frames. Several of the frames seemed to be unavailable (all the 8" frames for instance) but at least that narrowed the choice! Prices appeared to be very reasonable compared with other on-line sources. The frame arrived very quickly, appropriately packed, and is exactly, if not better, than described. I was hesitant that the frames were not a 'known' brand but it appears to be good... (read more)

“Keeping to delivery promise!”

We placed order on the 7th May expecting it to arrive by the 10th as promised on website,did not arrive so phoned customer services who then promised that delivery would be Monday the 13th.Again did not arrive so phoned customer services who said would look into this and ring me back which they didn't! i phoned 3 times and finally was told delivery would hopefully be this Friday 17th May! I'm not holding my breath. (read more)

Nice approachable staff. Answered all my questions. Ordered Slimline 7" Digital photo frame on Weds night and it arrived Friday :-) Unfortunately it was the wrong colour, but a quick phone call on Monday and the right item was dispatched and arrived next day. Product is high quality finish. The picture quality is also of a high standard. Pictures can be displayed in a slideshow or individually. The display rate can be altered along with how they appear.Plays video and sound, again great... (read more)
