Product reasonably OK, but has problem in that it won't run wmv videos; e mailed both sales & technical support; neither could be bothered to respond.
So this feature as advertised, for the Digital Frame won't work; just says unsupported file.
Before loading my images I did phone for advice as to whether they could be left in original folders (as on my PC) or whether they needed stripping out; they didn't know.
As specialists in selling this product type, their staff should have better knowledge.
