My experience is similar to reviews already displayed here. Ordered a guest bed on their Direct Bedroom web site. Selected a delivery date. The day came without any confirmation of delivery. I rang them up, but they said they could not contact supplier. After several phone calls and not getting any confirmation of delivery I cancelled the order. The bed was delivered a couple of days later, but I refused delivery. After 3 phone calls have not got the refund through after being promised on a number of occasions that it would be processed within 3 days.
