The guys at Carpetrunners.co.uk are really helpful and friendly. I recently bought some Blacksmith stair rods from them on behalf of a client, which I measured up and ordered for her, so was dismayed to find they seemed to be too short when they arrived a few days later. I rang up Carpetrunners.co.uk to see what they could do, as I knew they had been made to order.
